Acceptable items include: household waste, furniture, mattresses/box springs, appliances including ranges, TV’s microwaves, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, hot water tanks, room air-conditioners, freezers, refrigerators (freon unit must be removed from freezers, refrigerators, air conditioners and tagged by a qualified technician prior to pick-up), lawn furniture, home recreational equipment, bikes, swing sets, carpets must be in four-foot lengths and rolled and tied, metal drums must have the tops and bottoms cut out.  CWI/Republic Services requests that all discarded items be stacked neatly for collections and placed where your normal trash is set out for pick up.

ABSOLUTELY NO TIRES OR CAR PARTS WILL BE COLLECTED!  Other prohibited items include: yard waste, brick, concrete, dirt, stone, remodeling debris including paint, drywall, paneling, flooring material, roofing, windows, doors, etc. glass (ie: window panes, storm doors, etc) wooden boards, railroad ties longer than four feet, hazardous, chemical or bio-waste, commercial and/or industrial waste, propane gas tanks, motor oil, automotive batteries. Items that will not fit in the body of a truck will not be picked up.
